VOYPIC, Voice of Young People In Care (VOYPIC) is an NGO based in Northern Ireland. VOYPIC was created in 1993 by a group of young people in care and professionals.  Our job is to promote the rights and voice of children in care and young people leaving care. We want every child in care to feel safe, valued, and to be involved in decisions about their life.   We provide a range of independent advocacy and participation services.  We use our specialist knowledge and insight into the lives and experiences of children and young people, and work in partnership with them to influence legislation, policy, and practice. alicia.toal@voypic.org
